 I know. I have had some irritating what I am now calling chafing in my belly button over the past 2 weeks and I thinking maybe since I started on the trainer with the increased perspiration and my teddy bear coat that I may be having this odd experience. :blush2:

I would suggest sticking a cork in there to plug the hole. This would also help in soaking up some of that unwanted perspiration. It may also be a good idea to change out corks after every training session though, as they will become waterlogged and smell to the heavens.

You probably can just swipe some lip balm in there and solve all your problems. Likewise a little petroleum jelley or even maybe hand cream. There are also various anti chafing products on the market.

Pics or it didn't happen. :p

Please take this as the joke it is. ;]

I greased the Snarlacc for yesterdays ride and seem to have not had this silly issue I can hold of on manscaping for the time being but I guess I have to start a lubrication ritual before serious riding.

having had both the large tummy and small tummy I can honestly say I have never experienced this issue. Try any of the embrocation creams as well as any of the other ointments people have suggested. Are you wearing different shorts than what you ride in?

I believe chafing would require some friction. Have you considered it might be a minor fungal infection? Perhaps an antifungal is in order. An over-the-counter treatment for athletes foot Or jock itch should clear that right up.

If your bellybutton falls off, it's not my fault.

Best wishes.
