You probably can just swipe some lip balm in there and solve all your problems. Likewise a little petroleum jelley or even maybe hand cream. There are also various anti chafing products on the market.I know. I have had some irritating what I am now calling chafing in my belly button over the past 2 weeks and I thinking maybe since I started on the trainer with the increased perspiration and my teddy bear coat that I may be having this odd experience. :blush2:
Or if you're a few pounds overweight and your belly is somewhat *ahem* larger, you might try one of these...I suggest trying the nasal strip to pull the sides together and keep them from rubbing...
