I ride an ebike and frequently shop in a plaza near me with many stores sharing the same parking lot. A new business opened up and the owner stands in front of her shop yells my name she some how got and says I'm not allowed in the parking lot . I know for a fact she doesn't own it and I have never been kicked out of any of the businesses. I also am entitled to park there if shopping in a store. Any advice on how to deal with this. It's upsetting and embarrassing. Thanks

Tell her if she does it again, you'll call the police. Then do it. No one knows where you are talking about, laws are different everywhere and so are women.
Are you parking in front of her shop? Ice cream is a short visit and you are costing her customers.

Why are we being asked to weigh in on a parking dispute, on private property at that? Oh, there was an e-bike involved. Big harry deal. I doubt we even have one side of the complete story. What can we say that is going to matter?

To the OP, if you feel you have a gripe, why aren't you taking it up with the property owner, as it sounds like it was on private property where the issue arose? If you make a big enough stink, I'm sure the local police will get involved, but I doubt that will be to your satisfaction.

Are you parking your bicycle in one of the car stalls? If so, I can see why she's mad.
No I usually park in near the door in front of the store but she starts yelling as soon as I pull in. Her complaint is she is afraid her customers will hit me as I'm driving by her store to the store I'm going to. I know she don't want me but but she can't kick me completely out of the plaza one of the stores i get my meds from i need.

Thanks for the advice I don't know who owns the property maybe I can ask the store next door for owner number.

Any chance you would be buying anything from her shop ?. That would shut her up. Reality is if she’s not the property owner and you know this is the case, she can piss up rope and I‘m the type that woild say exactly that to her.

Go to the store you are shopping at.
Talk to the owner/manager there.
Tell them the Ice Cream Lady is harassing THEIR customers.
They should talk to her and tell her to cut it out.

If that doesn't work, call the police.

Don't know I don't listen cops here don't do much with harassment unless solid proof.
You have a cell phone right? It records video right?

It's not hard at all to prove, if what you say is true.
