Worst company to purchase through! They never have coupons, prices are exaggerated, and when there is a sale, well it would be the normal price at other sites! Just move on and search elsewhere. Don't buy into their tire replacement program either, it's a rip off!!!! Just my $.02!

Do you have anything specific or just your opinion?
I am not a BD fan either but thats just me. I keep it to myself.

Your opinion is duly noted! Guess I should have just answered the OP's questions, that currently I have not seen a coupon and can't remember the last time they sent me one via email.

I live close to their store. They have good prices when you sign up for the preferred customer program or whatever they call it. I'm sure that I could scour the internet and save some pennies buying from random places but to me it isn't worth the hassle. I've never had a customer service issue with them and they have always had what I needed at a reasonable price. If it is listed as available on the website then they have always had it in stock. I've purchased tires, fenders, bottle holders, and other accessories from them and never felt taken on pricing. Sign up for the customer rewards program and pretty much every purchase is discounted.

The coupon is based on how much you spend there. Sometimes the daily deal is good. I only ordered there twice.

I never will again. Prices are horrible, the VIP points try to keep you locked in, but I'm not a sucker. I'd rather shop Nashbar for goodness sake's.

Their deals seemed to be much better ages ago...before they relaunched their site. I thought they had a warehouse fire or something....or maybe I'm thinking of Nimble...but way back when their tire prices were decent and their service was good. I get their email updates but nothing has been so good as to make me want to purchase.

I guess I like them because they stock everything that is listed on their website so when I need something I can go in and pick it up. I've never ordered anything online from them. The people working there are very friendly and helpful in person. I've never made big purchases from them, but on smaller items like water bottle cages, fenders, etc. the prices have been fair (cheaper than my LBS) and the quality of the products are fine. They are something that I'll miss when I move away.

They do send codes by email, but most of the time the code is right on their front page. A rare exception is a customer only code for 15% off that I think is still going on for the next few days. Get on their email list.

I have found some very good deals on items that are rarely discounted. plus no tax and shipping is free over $100.

30% off just ended on Winter closeouts

They just ended a 30% off winter closeouts which was pretty good.
I snagged a Showers Pass Jacket for $99 and free ship that was normally $149 or so.
Also bought some lite weight knee warmers and a PI WinterJersey for Next Year. Not everything was Winter specific

biketiresdirect.com is awesome. I also work near them, so I just pick up my orders at the store.

If you want to be notified of their deals, sign up for their email. They don't spam you... I get one email every two or three weeks.

I just purchased a pair of LG bibs for 15% off, plus 10% of the purchase price gets rolled into their VIP program for future purchases... that's cool with me!
