I have an old 2001 Allez that I barely ride anymore and was thinking of converting it to a fixed gear this winter. Right now it is running Shimano 9spd 105/Ultegra and Mavic Cosmos wheels.
Is it even possible with this frame? Would I need to get a new rear wheel to accommodate the difference in the rear dropout width? I figured I'd need a new BB, crank, and chain. Anything else?
