sure, looks like a good deal from what I can see setting here at a keyboard.
Make sure the road bike actually fits you.

Go to BikePedia for a bit of research maybe.
 
There's no "blue book" for bike values. A CAAD 3 is going to be late '90's vintage in both cases. The road bike looks to be in nice condition with an owner that was too small for it. Those shifters need relocating on the bars - ie move up. If it's your size, and it looks like a 58cm which means you should be in the 6' area, then go for it. Those CAADs are stiff bikes, and a set of larger tires 25mm or 28mm will help with the ride.
 
Looks fair to me. Get the bike, ride it and see if you like road biking. If so, get somthing better in a couple years and use that one for training or thrashing around on.
But as stated, those bikes ride rough so get some 25mm tires and select the proper psi.
Looks like you'd have to have short legs and long arms for that bike to fit as is.
 
What happened to the pics.........were you sued for copy wright violations by Craig's?
