Anyone know it? I can't find any contact info on their website. I wanted to ask them about ordering an obscure replacement part.
I think you'll have to go through your local Shimano Dealer to get the replacement part. good idea to print out the schematic from the website and take it in with you.

I tried to call Shimano once and got the runaround.... they want you to work through an authorized dealer for just about anything. :(

Now I ride Campy :p not that their customer service is any better, truthfully I wouldn't know, because I haven't had any need to call them. :D

Filly, let me know what the part is and I'll find out if they have any (I have a little connection).
Sorry to leave you hanging...haven't checked the thread in a few days. I'm looking for the pedal body cover (also known as friction plate) for the PD-R600 pedal. This pedal is the predecessor to the 6610 Ultegra SPD-SL pedal. In fact, it looks just like the Ultegra pedal, and the D/A for that matter. These removable body covers, on the other hand, are not compatible. I have to have the ones specifically for the R600 pedal. Here's the Shimano part #: Y-43W02000

I already went to two shops, and QBP does not carry them. Looks like they have to be ordered straight from Shimano. The second shop I went to said they'd try to get them for me.
