Is this possible? I know they are difficult to adjust, but how exactly would one go about lowering his quill stem? I tried searching and didn't find what I was looking for...any help is appreciated.

You loosen it up, push it down in as far as it goes and tighten it back up. Quill stems are adjustable. It's threadless that have no adjustment (other than flipping them over). - TFjoehartley said:
