Just checking, but are you counting the gear you are already in?

 

12 speed drivetrain will only have 11 shifts.

 

Sort of like counting all the people you're with and not counting yourself. You see 11 people, but there are 12 of you.

 

Dang, i wish someone answered this. I have the same issue. Mine also only uses 11 of the 12 gears. The limit screws are not engaged yet so that's not the reason.

 

Have you gone into the SRAM AXS app and made sure that the chainring and cassette range information is correct? Is the firmware up to date? After that try to re-pair all the things back together again.

 

Firmware up to date. I guess I will try the micro adjustment settings. (currently 13 of 29)

 

Just a thought but your limit screws could need adjustments.
