54 year old male moderately active...I lift 2 days a week, ride 3 days a week, walk/yoga another day each week...Been reading some things on Creatine. Anyone have experience with it?

Creatine had it's big day back in the early 2000s (or maybe before that - I forget). Some reported benefits for weightlifting, while others saw nothing. As a benefit for endurance sports like bicycling, nada.
 
30 years ago I took creatine citrate for muscle mass when I still cared about that kind of stuff... It worked, but I would say it actually hampered my cycling abilities.
