They do from time to time. Depends on the model and year. I have a white T-Cube from a few years back.

 

Limited colors, but some difference year to year. The higher end version of each model is usually in the traditional and usually coveted Celeste color. Some other versions of black/ red or even Black/carbon. The Sempre Pro came in blue/white in 2011 I think. Check the photos in the Bianchi forum here for some ideas. My 2013 Infinito 105 came in red. I know it's not the coveted Celeste but think the red looks frigging sexy IMO.

They are offered in different colors but Bianchi fans will say that it shouldn't even have the Bianchi name on it if it's not Celeste.

Best with Celeste colored saddle and bar tape. Back in the day even sew ups could be had with celeste tinted gumwalls.

 

Funny how everyone is snobby about Bianchi being anything but Celeste or coming with Shimano. Bianchi themselves don't seem too concerned about either one of these "purities."

Buy what you want. (I have a non-celeste Bianchi, but I liked the blue and white Sempre the most, more than the celeste).

How many of you Bianchi celeste owners have ditched your Shimano in favor of Campy?

I have owned two Bianchis that were Celeste and one that is not(the one that is the wrong cooler was used and a good deal). A Bianchi should always be Celeste while a Ferrari does not have to be Red. As far as Shimano goes, Shimano parts should not appear on a proper Italian bike.

 

Never mind that the frames are made in China.

 

The workers wear celeste colored gloves though.

Buying a Bianchi that isn't celeste green is like buying a Ferrari that isn't red. It just ain't right.

 

I believe that the Henry Ford color modeling comes in here “you can have this in any color you want s long as its black”? In this case Celeste.
