Although I cannot speak for CaffeLatex, I know that my mixture of SuperJuice/Stans goes just fine throughout the winter on my commuter bike (which is locked up in freezing temps all day every day). However, it is a good idea to try and replace sealant once every season. If you wait much longer than this, the sealant simply gets too dried out to be as effective as before.

 

If you're really not going to use those wheels all winter, it's easy enough to dismount the tires or one bead and wipe them out dry. Store indoors if you have the room.

 

i'd remove the tires and clean up the rims - as was said earlier you want to change the sealant at least once a season anyway

a little trick i learned witht he caffeelatex, take the tire off and let it settle down to the bottom and dry out and then peal it out, it is much less mess then trying to wipe it out

I've read where adding a little ethylene glycol (green) antifreeze to the sealant will prolong its life before it dries up. I leave sealant in my tires all year long, even if they don't get ridden for months over the long winter. The worst that could happen is it dries up and you'll need to add more.
