i havent seen them online anywhere, but in talking to my lbs they had one or said they could get one if need be, so go to your lbs if you havent already (assuming they are a look dealer)

 

A Primitive Solution

It leaves a scuff or two, but I have always gone primitive and used good old fashioned Vise Grips on mine. Works like a champ, and the only one that knows they aren't esthetically perfect anymore is me! I have used a piece of cloth under the Vise Grip jaws too, and that does help.

These folks are a great source for all sorts of bike tools.

I try to avoid ViseGrips as much as possible (I don't always succeed).

Here's the straight story on these things:

The original Look pedal tool is available from the aforementioned website. However, the tool for the new Keo style pedals is different and, thus far, has not been made available (or even manufactured for that matter). Since it appears that Look is abandoning the older style and rolling with the new ones, I can't imagine them not making one. Veltec has continued to say 'Wait' for the past 6 months.... I'm still waiting..

 

Look Keo sprint and classic require the special tool to remove the spindle from the pedal body. Keo carbons require a 18mm box wrench (12 point) that you can get at any hardware store.

 

I've been able to get that collar off by using a small plumber's strap wrench.
